Groyyo raises Rs 90 Cr in first close of Series B round led by Cornerstone Ventures
Groyyo will use this funding towards strengthening its technology, expanding manufacturing network, and for global expansion.
AI-driven fashion supply chain platform Groyyo has raised Rs 90 crore in the first close of its Rs 200 crore Series B funding round led by Cornerstone Ventures, with participation from existing investors.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company's artificial intelligence capabilities, expand its manufacturing network and accelerate its global expansion as it looks to digitise apparel sourcing and production, Groyyo said in a statement.
The Gurugram-based startup, founded in 2021 by Pratik Tiwari and Subin Mitra, connects global fashion brands with a network of apparel manufacturers through a technology platform that manages the entire production lifecycle from design and trend forecasting to manufacturing, quality control and logistics. The company said its platform helps reduce production timelines from months to weeks while improving visibility and operational efficiency for brands and suppliers.
Groyyo plans to deploy the proceeds to expand its factory network into new manufacturing hubs across India, enhance its AI-powered design and trend forecasting platform, and deepen its presence in international markets including North America, Europe and the Middle East. The company said it also aims to support India's National Manufacturing Mission by generating export demand for small and medium-sized apparel manufacturers and improving capacity utilisation.
The startup previously raised its Series A funding from Tiger Global, Alpha Wave Global, Sparrow Capital and Strides Ventures. Over the past few years, it has expanded its presence by partnering with leading brands in the US and the UK and is currently operating at an annual revenue run rate of around Rs 500 crore for FY26. It is targeting revenues of more than Rs 3,000 crore over the next three years while improving profitability.
"Fashion supply chains have run on relationships and spreadsheets for decades. We set out to build the operating system that the industry actually needs," said Subin Mitra, co-founder of Groyyo, adding that the funding would help the company scale its AI infrastructure and manufacturing network.
Cornerstone Ventures said Groyyo has built a technology-led platform that addresses inefficiencies across the global fashion supply chain. The startup currently works with more than 470 manufacturers and 45 international brands across 10 countries, offering end-to-end visibility from product design to final delivery.
