Neo Group raises Rs 350 Cr in funding led by Peak XV Partners
Neo Group will utilise the funding for investment into technology, expand advisory network and introduce new products.
Wealth and asset management firm Neo Group has secured approximately Rs 350 crore in a fresh funding round led by Peak XV Partners, marking a renewed investment by the venture capital firm, which was also the company's earliest institutional backer.
The deal, for which definitive agreements have been signed, comes as Neo looks to strengthen its technology platform, expand its advisory network, and introduce new investment products amid growing demand for sophisticated wealth management solutions in India.
The latest capital infusion follows TVS Capital's Rs 550 crore investment in the company earlier, reflecting continued investor confidence in Neo's growth strategy. While the company did not disclose its valuation, it said the transaction is expected to close shortly.
Founded to serve ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, institutions, and corporates, Neo Group has emerged as one of India's fast-growing wealth management platforms.
As of June 30, 2026, the company managed approximately Rs 1.3 lakh crore in client assets across assets under advice and assets under management, supported by nearly Rs 3,000 crore of equity capital. It also oversees around ₹50,000 crore of annualised recurring revenue assets and operates in more than 30 cities with a workforce of over 850 professionals, including more than 150 senior wealth advisers.
Nitin Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Neo Group, said the fresh funding would help the company invest in talent, technology, and new product capabilities while expanding its footprint across the country.
Peak XV Partners said India's wealth management industry is witnessing increasing demand for institutional-quality advisory services as the country's wealth creator base expands. The investment firm said Neo has differentiated itself through its advisory-led approach, experienced leadership team and technology-driven platform, making it well-positioned to capitalise on the evolving market opportunity.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Neo offers services spanning wealth management, asset management, private markets, fixed income, global investments, insurance and estate planning. The company also has an international presence in the United States as it seeks to expand reach among global Indian investors.
