Atomberg files draft IPO papers for Rs 450 Cr fresh issue; sellers include A91, Temasek

Consumer appliance company Atomberg Technologies Limited has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its IPO. Sellers include A91 Emerging Fund I LLP, V-Sciences Investments Pte Ltd, JV4, Inflexor Opportunities Fund 1, Steadview Capital Mauritius Limited, Inflexor Technology Fund, and Survam Partners LLP.

Atomberg is a deeptech, research and development (R&D)-led company that builds next-generation consumer appliances including ceiling fans, mixer grinders, water purifiers, and cold-pressed juicers for Indian households. The IIT Bombay-incubdated company was founded by Manoj Meena in 2012. Sibabrata Das joined as co-founder in 2013.
According to the DRHP, the company proposes to use the net proceeds as follows: Rs 90 crore towards repayment/prepayment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings, Rs 150 crore on brand awareness and performance marketing activities, and Rs 100 crore on R&D. The balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
ICICI Securities Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) are the bankers to the issue.
Atomberg sells its products through offline channels such as general trade distributors, retailers, modern trade chains, and institutional partners, and the online medium via ecommerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and its own ecommerce site.
According to a statement by Atomberg, as of March 31, 2026, the company's general trade network comprised around 626 distributors and direct dealers and 46,932 retail touchpoints across around 1,600 cities and towns, with a presence across all Indian states. Its service network covered over 18,000 Indian pin codes, supported by trained in-house agents and third-party providers for installation and after-sales service across categories.
Atomberg's revenue from operations was Rs 1293.77 crore in FY2026, with a loss of Rs 456.45 crore. The online channel contributed about 35.76% of the revenue from the consumer appliances business, significantly higher than the online contribution of peers.
