Commercial EV maker Omega Seiki Mobility raises additional Rs 50 Cr funding
The fresh capital will be used to increase the company's installed manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, expand its dealer and service network, and accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility products.
Commercial electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility has raised an additional Rs 50 crore in a funding round co-led by Abhishek Misra (SKG Asset Management & SKG Fund), Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.
Earlier this month the company had raised Rs 50 crore from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
The fresh capital will be used to increase its installed manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, expand its dealer and service network, and accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility products, the company said in a statement.
Founded in 2018, Omega Seiki Mobility is backed by the 55-year manufacturing legacy of the Anglian Omega Group. It has a presence across cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, , premium electric two-wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles. Its customers include Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk and Nestlé.

Omega Seiki Mobility is looking to leverage its manufacturing capabilities, diversified product portfolio, and distribution network to build a scalable electric mobility platform.
The company's expansion into passenger mobility, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles is expected to expand from its cargo three-wheeler business.
The EV maker currently operates 150 touchpoints across India and plans to expand its network to 250 by FY28. It is also looking beyond India in its next phase of growth, with Africa among the key geographies.
In FY26, the company reported a revenue of around Rs 333 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 7.3 crore. It achieved an EBITDA margin of 7.7%. According to a recent pre-IPO research report cited by the company, Omega Seiki Mobility is valued between Rs 1,775 crore and Rs 2,833 crore.
