Quick commerce startup HomeRun raises $12M in Series A+
HomeRun, a quick commerce platform for construction and interior materials, has raised $12 million in a Series A+ round of funding led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Sorin Investments, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital and Consumer Collective by Atrium.
BlackSoil invests Rs 80 crore in Mintoak
Alternative credit platform BlackSoil has invested Rs 80 crore in Mumbai-based fintech SaaS company Mintoak to finance the debt component of its acquisition of Dubai-headquartered loyalty technology firm ICC Loyalty. The acquisition expands Mintoak's presence to over 20 countries, with partnerships across more than 50 banks including HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, SBI Payments and Emirates Islamic.
The combined entity now supports over five million merchants, 11 million customers and processes annual payment volumes exceeding $93 billion. BlackSoil said the investment was driven by Mintoak's profitable growth, strong banking relationships and technology-led business model. The merged business generates over $30 million in annual revenue, reflecting BlackSoil's growing focus on acquisition financing and technology-enabled enterprises.
Consint.AI raises Rs 22 crore Series A funding
Deeptech startup Consint.AI has raised Rs 22 crore in a Series A funding round led by BIG Global Investment JSC, Equanimity Ventures Trust II and Seafund Venture India Scheme I. The company will use the fresh capital to accelerate international expansion, strengthen enterprise delivery and develop a foundational AI model dedicated to fraud, waste and abuse detection across insurance and banking. Consint.AI said its AI platform has analysed over 100 million transactions, identified fraud worth more than Rs 1,000 crore and deployed over 500 AI and machine learning models. The startup also plans to expand its healthcare and insurance offerings while growing operations across India, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and the United States.
Typsy Beauty secures Rs 20 Cr funding

Beauty and personal care brand Typsy Beauty has raised Rs 20 crore in a funding round led by Saama Capital, with participation from existing and new strategic investors including Sanjay Kapoor, Tanaaz Bhatia, SRF Group and family offices of Havells and Eicher Motors. The company plans to utilise the funds to strengthen its presence in quick commerce and offline retail, expand into skincare through hybrid skincare-makeup products and scale its fragrance business.
Typsy Beauty currently offers 27 products across makeup and fragrances and sells through its own website as well as platforms such as Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Tira, Blinkit and Zepto. The company expects to launch more than 10 new products in the coming months.
Amigo raises Rs 4.5 Cr from Foxhog Ventures
Food delivery startup Amigo has raised Rs 4.5 crore in funding from Foxhog Ventures to expand its affordable fresh-food delivery business. Founded by entrepreneurs Anshuk and Saswat, the startup aims to provide freshly prepared meals at accessible prices while focusing on quality and consistency.
The company plans to begin operations in Kolkata before expanding to other markets. Amigo said it intends to differentiate itself in India's competitive food delivery market through value pricing and a strong emphasis on fresh meals prepared to customer expectations. The investment will support market launch, operational expansion and customer acquisition as the startup seeks to build a sustainable presence in the country's rapidly evolving online food delivery ecosystem.

PhonePe launches fixed deposits and daily savings product
PhonePe has launched fixed deposit distribution on its platform in partnership with banks and NBFCs while introducing a digital Daily Recurring Deposit product with Shivalik Small Finance Bank. The new savings offering allows customers to begin investing with as little as Rs 100 per day, encouraging disciplined savings.
Users can also compare and book fixed deposits directly within the PhonePe app and manage multiple deposits through a single interface. Fixed deposits offered through partner banks are insured up to Rs 5 lakh under Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation guidelines. PhonePe said the launch expands its financial services portfolio by providing customers with secure, low-risk investment and savings options.
Super.money launches splitStore credit platform
UPI platform Super.money has launched splitStore, a checkout-based credit solution that enables consumers to split purchases into interest-free repayments in partnership with regulated lenders. The company said the offering integrates credit directly into the payment journey, making purchases more affordable while encouraging responsible borrowing.
Super.money said splitStore is designed to help India's growing new-to-credit population establish formal credit histories through timely repayments. The launch marks the company's expansion from a UPI payments platform into a broader commerce and financial ecosystem that combines payments, shopping and embedded credit. The company believes the new "split-commerce" model will improve affordability and enhance access to formal credit for digital consumers.
HEX20 signs multi-launch pact with Skyroot Aerospace
Technopark-based spacetech startup HEX20 has signed a Multi-Launch Agreement with Skyroot Aerospace for Earth observation constellation and in-orbit payload demonstration missions. Under the agreement, HEX20 has secured three dedicated launches aboard Skyroot's Vikram launch vehicles beginning in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The missions will support HEX20's spacecraft while also offering rideshare opportunities for third-party satellites. The partnership combines Skyroot's launch capabilities with HEX20's expertise in spacecraft engineering, payload integration, ground operations and mission delivery. The companies said the collaboration aims to create an integrated ecosystem covering spacecraft development, launch services, orbital operations and Earth observation data from India.
Winners of Boeing’s BUILD programme 2026
Boeing has announced seven teams comprising university students and early-stage start-up entrepreneurs as winners of the fifth edition of the Boeing University Innovation Leadership Development (BUILD) program 2026.
The winning teams are Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL Pvt. Ltd., EarthSprint Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Oreejoy MedTech Pvt. Ltd, StelX Dynamics, and SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd. These winners will be further supported by Boeing and incubator partners over the next few months to help develop their ideas into market-ready and viable business solutions.
Each winning team will receive a grant of Rs 10 lakh to support the development of their ideas. Over the past five years, BUILD has received more than 7,000 applications and supported more than 35 startups across sectors including aerospace and defence, technology, sustainability, and social impact.
Quest Global appoints four independent directors
Engineering services company Quest Global has appointed Emiko Higashi, Dr. John Hillen, Sabine Kohleisen and Rostow Ravanan as independent directors to its board, expanding its leadership to 12 members. The appointments increase women's representation to one-third of the board and are aimed at strengthening governance and strategic oversight as the company expands across industries including aerospace, automotive, energy, healthcare, rail and semiconductors.
The new directors bring expertise in investment management, defence, enterprise transformation, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. InCred Capital names Abhinav Khanna CEO – Capital Markets
InCred Capital has appointed Abhinav Khanna as Chief Executive Officer – Capital Markets to lead its Institutional Equities, Equity Capital Markets and Asset Services businesses. Khanna brings more than 25 years of experience across institutional equities, capital markets and investment management, having worked in India, the UK and the Middle East.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Chief Business Officer – Global at ValueQuest Investment Advisors. He also spent over a decade at Citigroup Global Markets, where he held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Head of Equity – India. InsuranceDekho appoints Rohan Mittal as Group CFO
InsuranceDekho has appointed Rohan Mittal as Group Chief Financial Officer to strengthen its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth. Mittal will oversee finance, capital strategy and corporate governance, bringing nearly two decades of experience across listed and high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as Group CFO at RateGain, where he played a key role during the company's $280 million acquisition of Sojern. He has also held senior finance leadership roles at Yatra Online, Allcargo-Gati and Rivigo. Snapdeal launches AI-powered shopping suite
Snapdeal has introduced a multi-solution AI Suite featuring personalised recommendations, conversational search and image-based product discovery to improve online fashion shopping. The company said its AI-powered recommendation engine, StyleMatch, now influences 76% of customer orders by analysing browsing behaviour, purchase history, location and preferences to personalise recommendations.
Snapdeal also processes more than five million AI-assisted conversational searches every month using large language models, enabling customers to search naturally instead of relying on product keywords. The company said the new AI capabilities are designed to make product discovery more intuitive and accessible, particularly for shoppers across Bharat, while enhancing customer engagement and shopping experiences on its platform.
Hexaware joins Microsoft Intelligent Security Association
Hexaware Technologies has become a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), a global ecosystem of software developers and security partners that integrate with Microsoft Security solutions. The company's end-to-end security solution for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, available on Microsoft Marketplace, helps enterprises accelerate Zero Trust adoption through unified extended detection and response, security information and event management, identity protection and cloud security capabilities.

REPLUS Engitech receives Rs 43 crore under RDI Scheme
REPLUS Engitech, a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy, has been selected under the Government of India's Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme and awarded Rs 43 crore to develop advanced Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technologies.
The funding will support research, strengthen indigenous technology capabilities and contribute to India's clean energy ambitions. Administered by the Department of Science and Technology, the RDI Scheme promotes investments in emerging sectors such as energy transition, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, deep technology and climate action. REPLUS said the grant will help accelerate innovation in energy storage and support the country's growing renewable energy, electrification and advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
Flipkart Foundation supports school nutrition programme
More than one lakh government school children across Bengaluru and Hubli received nutritious morning snacks under a partnership between Flipkart Foundation and The Akshaya Patra Foundation. Implemented through Akshaya Patra's Morning Nutrition Programme, the initiative complemented the Government of India's PM POSHAN scheme by serving over 21 lakh nutritious meals to improve children's nutrition, energy and classroom readiness.
The programme was delivered through Akshaya Patra's kitchen and distribution network and is estimated to have positively impacted more than four lakh people, including students' families and communities. Flipkart Foundation said the initiative aligns with its focus on community development, skill development, entrepreneurship and environmental responsibility, having positively impacted over 4.14 million underserved individuals since 2022.
