Pocket Entertainment crosses $500M ARR driven by AI

Pocket Entertainment, parent of Pocket FM and Pocket Saga, said it has crossed $500 million in annual revenue run rate, up 70% year on year. The company attributed the growth to AI across content and operations. It said AI has cut the time for new market launches from about 12 months to two.
Hero Motors Rs 1,000 Cr IPO opens September 16
Hero Motors will open its Rs 1,000 crore IPO on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and close on Friday, September 18. The price band is Rs 79 to Rs 84 a share, comprising a Rs 600 crore fresh issue and a Rs 400 crore offer for sale by promoters. Proceeds will fund debt repayment and capex, among other purposes.
Namma Yatri launches Namma Santhe retail platform for drivers
Namma Yatri launched Namma Santhe, a physical and online retail platform for drivers in Bengaluru, in partnership with Keystones. The company said it will not charge a margin on sales, with products sourced from OEMs and authorised suppliers and delivered via a store at its office and in-app orders.

Swiggy enables over 50,000 delivery partners to file ITR

Swiggy said it has helped more than 50,000 delivery partners across its Food Marketplace and Instamart businesses file income tax returns (ITRs) through its delivery partner app. The filings resulted in cumulative income tax refund claims of Rs 6.5 crore, the company said. More than a third of the delivery partners filed their ITRs for the first time. Swiggy said filing returns can help delivery partners build a formal financial record, which may support access to services such as loans and rental agreements.
IITM C-DOT Samgnya, QClairvoyance sign MoU on quantum
QClairvoyance Quantum Labs signed an MoU with IITM C-DOT Samgnya Technologies Foundation, India’s National Hub for Quantum Communication under the National Quantum Mission. The organisations said the collaboration will focus on quantum computing, algorithms, quantum AI, post-quantum cybersecurity and next-generation computing across research, technology development, validation and deployment.
Samgnya, established in December 2025 at IIT Madras Research Park, works on quantum communication, testbeds, standards, and industry collaboration. According to QClairvoyance, which was founded in 2024, the partnership will help validate technologies through testbeds and collaborations, and strengthen talent development and technology translation.
The company said it has trained over 1,000 students, raised Rs 30 crore, and has a team of about 40 with partnerships across IICT, CSIR, TIFR, IIT Bombay and Ahmedabad University.
QubeHealth-Pay sets up DIFC subsidiary for MENA expansion
QubeHealth-Pay has announced its expansion into the Middle East and North Africa with Qube FinTech & AI MENA Limited, a newly licensed subsidiary in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The entity will be the regional headquarters for the Gulf Cooperation Council and North Africa, licensing enterprise technology to insurers, employers, hospital networks and pharmaceutical companies.
According to the company, capabilities include digital healthcare expense processing, claims facilitation, rule-based adjudication support, reconciliation infrastructure and consent-driven data and insights. Initial focus markets are the UAE, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria, with a phased rollout via partnerships and pilots. QubeHealth-Pay said its India platform serves more than 300 corporates and over 3 lakh employee families.

BharatPeX launches enterprise payment gateway with dynamic routing
BharatPeX, the enterprise payments platform of BharatPe, has launched its payment gateway at Global Fintech Fest 2026, adding payment acceptance, intelligent transaction routing and unified payment operations on one platform. The gateway supports more than 100 payment options across cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfers through a single integration.
BharatPe said dynamic routing directs transactions across multiple acquiring partners based on performance signals and business rules to improve success rates. Features include EMI and pay-later options, native OTP, tokenisation, split payments, recurring payments and PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, with dashboards for settlements, refunds and reconciliation.
“Enterprise payments are moving beyond acceptance,” said Sandeep Indurkar, Chief Executive Officer, Payments, BharatPe.
