Minimac Systems raises Rs 30 Cr led by Rainmatter
Minimac Systems has raised Rs 30 crore in a round led by Rainmatter by Zerodha, with participation from select venture capital firms, the company said. The Pune-based industrial deep-tech firm will use the capital for R&D in miniaturised treatment infrastructure and fluid analytics, to scale its Recycling on Wheels hubs, and to build out its Lubricants as a Service model.
Founded by Anshuman Agrawal, Minimac focuses on lubricant lifecycle management and circularity. According to the company, it has deployed more than 2,500 systems with combined capacity exceeding 300,000 litres per minute and kept over 14 million litres in productive use. It also referenced EPR for used oil as a regulatory tailwind.
72 Street raises Rs 4 Cr from angels, UHNIs
72 Street has raised Rs 4 crore from angel investors and UHNIs to support the 72 Street app and Venty, its AI-powered stock market researcher. The company said it plans to expand into Futures & Options, model portfolios, mutual funds and commodities. Of the Rs 3 crore invested in the business to date, 45% has gone towards technology and product development for the app and Venty.
Founded in late 2025 by Rohit Agarwal and Fal Ghancha, 72 Street is a SEBI-registered research analyst platform. According to the company, Venty scans more than 3,800 NSE- and BSE-listed stocks across fundamental, technical and sentiment indicators, with every generated insight reviewed by its SEBI-registered research analysts before publication.
Creedom raises Rs 4.1 crore in seed funding
Creedom, an AI growth coach for content creators, has raised Rs 4.1 crore in a seed funding round backed by a group of investors who include corporate executives and startup founders. The company said the capital will be used to strengthen its product for Indian creators, expand into the US and develop its AI capabilities. Creedom, which began as a learning platform, has reached more than 1.5 lakh creators in India. Its platform analyses Instagram and YouTube performance and provides personalised content insights through its AI companion..

Juspay launches Breeze Universal for AI shopping discovery
Juspay announced Breeze Universal, a global pilot that enables brand discovery across AI platforms including ChatGPT and Claude as well as merchants’ own surfaces, the company said. The product lets shoppers discover, compare and purchase within a single AI conversation across participating brands, and connects to stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom platforms. Users can invoke @breeze within ChatGPT for recommendations.
Built on Google’s Universal Commerce Protocol, Breeze Universal is aimed at banks, fintechs, marketplaces and brands that want to deploy agentic shopping without complex infrastructure. According to Juspay, it will be available as drop-in components, a headless kit or APIs, and can also publish @brand apps inside ChatGPT.
MediBuddy appoints Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations
MediBuddy announced the appointment of Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations on September 2, 2026. He will focus on strengthening systems, technology-led automation and execution as the company scales its healthcare network. The company said it reported its first EBITDA-positive quarter in Q4 FY26, with an annual revenue run rate above Rs 1,500 crore, and more than 90 percent year-on-year growth in online consultations.

PayGlocal enters US with FinCEN MSB registration approval
PayGlocal said it has registered as a Money Services Business with the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, marking its first international market entry. The registration allows the cross-border payments firm to operate in the US as it builds compliance, banking and payments infrastructure. The company said it has processed transactions worth over $4.5 billion and serves more than 10,000 merchants across 180+ countries.

Luma Fertility plans 30 centres, launches Luma Hope Grant
Luma Fertility said it has marked its first year with 120 ongoing pregnancies and 22 babies. It announced the Luma Hope Grant to fully fund 30 complete IVF treatment cycles, beginning with a first cohort of 10 cycles for eligible individuals and couples. The company plans to expand to 30 centres nationwide, starting with three additional centres in Mumbai.

Zoho launches Catalyst 3.0 for AI-assisted cloud development
Zoho has launched Catalyst 3.0, an agent-ready full-stack cloud development platform with AI IDE integrations, Agent Skills, MCP support and AI-assisted workflows. The company said the platform is designed to help developers move applications from AI coding assistants to production infrastructure without leaving the coding environment. It has also introduced a free student programme for educational and non-commercial use.
Catalyst 3.0 includes a non-interactive CLI and MCP support, while orchestration built into the Skill routes requests through either path. Zoho has also made its AI skills available as an open-source repository and is open-sourcing Catalyst's SDK, CLI and Slyte JavaScript framework. The platform is available for immediate use, according to the company.

Swiggy and Hero MotoCorp have announced a partnership to provide Swiggy Food Marketplace and Instamart delivery partners with access to affordable personal mobility and road safety training. Under the partnership, Swiggy riders can select their preferred Hero model through the Swiggy app and avail exclusive pricing at Hero dealerships. Razorpay has launched RAY, an AI Account Manager on WhatsApp, in partnership with IndusInd Bank, with Bajaj Finance among the first businesses to go live on the platform. Designed for businesses of all sizes, RAY enables founders to manage payments and access support through conversational interactions rather than traditional dashboards. Razorpay said businesses have already had more than 20,000 conversations with RAY. Users can send a text or voice note asking for payment summaries, analyse transactions or seek sales projections, with the AI responding in natural language.

Account Aggregator ecosystem crosses 500 million fulfilled consents
India’s Account Aggregator ecosystem has crossed 500 million fulfilled consents, marking five years of consent-based, customer-controlled financial data sharing. The ecosystem now has more than 1,100 regulated entities live on the platform, with over 2.8 billion financial accounts enabled for sharing and more than 310 million accounts linked by customers. It has also facilitated over 600 crore data fetches to date. Lending remains the largest use case. In FY26, Account Aggregator-enabled lending reached Rs 3.82 lakh crore across 3.68 crore loans, equivalent to more than 1% of India’s GDP. Such lending accounted for 8.4% of retail and MSME lending by value and 11.8% by volume during the year. Adoption is also expanding into insurance, investments, wealth management, personal finance and risk assessment.
WLDD gets investment from Adfactors PR, Vikas Khemani
WLDD, a content distribution and creator-led marketing company founded in 2018, has announced that Adfactors PR and Vikas Khemani, Founder and CIO of Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors, have acquired a stake in the company. WLDD said the investment will support the expansion of its technology, creator ecosystem, content platforms and brand solutions as businesses compete increasingly for attention, trust and recall. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the company also has offices in Mumbai and Delhi. SaveIN revenue jumps 80% to Rs 27.9 crore in FY26
Fintech platform SaveIN reported an 80% year-on-year increase in total revenue to Rs 27.9 crore in FY2025-26, compared with Rs 15.7 crore in the previous financial year. Its core operating revenue grew 75% to Rs 24.1 crore and has increased more than five-fold over the past two financial years. SaveIN disbursed loans worth more than Rs 400 crore during FY26 and has since scaled its annualised loan disbursal run-rate to over Rs 700 crore. The company now has more than 8,000 retail touch points across 130-plus cities and 15,000 pin codes. It has set a target of reaching a Rs 2,000 crore annualised disbursal run-rate over the next 12 months.

TransportOne by Delhivery has launched an agentic AI workforce for logistics, bringing together six specialised AI agents to support transportation workflows and operations. The platform is designed to handle day-to-day activities across the logistics lifecycle while allowing human teams to retain oversight and intervene where judgement is required. According to Delhivery, the AI agents can identify and recover freight overcharges through invoice audits, negotiate simultaneously with carriers to secure competitive spot rates and identify potential service-level deviations.
Hostinger expands Kodee into agentic AI platform
Hostinger has expanded its AI assistant Kodee into Hostinger Agent, an agentic platform combining customer support with specialised capabilities for creating, planning, analysing and automating work. Kodee had previously resolved 91% of around 1.5 million support conversations each month independently. Hostinger Agent can now draw on a customer’s website or store, domain, business email, newsletters, previous conversations and ongoing work to take action. Its specialised agents cover marketing, SEO, content and visuals, analysis and recurring tasks. When the system is uncertain, it can seek assistance from a human specialist while continuing to learn. Hostinger Agent is also integrated into AI Builder, the company’s environment for creating websites, stores, apps and other online projects. Hostinger said the platform aims to unify the digital business experience for its more than five million clients.
SiMa.ai, ARK Electronics partner on autonomous drones
Physical AI company SiMa.ai has partnered with ARK Electronics to accelerate the development and deployment of next-generation autonomous drones. The companies are launching ARK-SiMa.ai Modalix MLSoC Bundles, described as production-ready and affordable solutions designed to simplify the development of intelligent drones for commercial and defence applications. By combining SiMa.ai’s technology with ARK Electronics’ expertise in drones and robotics, the companies aim to provide an integrated Physical AI foundation for commercial, industrial, agriculture and defence deployments.
GoCredit launches free checker for loan app safety
Fintech platform GoCredit has launched a free loan app checker that enables borrowers to verify whether a lending application is genuine, fake or operated by an RBI-registered lender. Users can enter the name of a loan app, after which the tool checks it against the Reserve Bank of India’s public directory of Digital Lending Apps deployed by regulated entities. The checker also cross-references more than 9,200 RBI-registered entities. If a match is found, users can see the regulated entity behind the app, its grievance redressal officer and the escalation route to the RBI Ombudsman. Where there is no match, GoCredit said the tool does not label the app as fraudulent but instead provides a verification checklist and official reporting channels.
Headsup B2B, StrideOne offer invoice-backed working capital
Headsup B2B Private Limited has partnered with StrideOne, an RBI-registered NBFC and embedded-finance platform, to offer working capital financing to eligible buyers on its marketplace. Under the partnership, businesses can access short-term, invoice-backed credit for purchases made through the platform. The facility is aimed at addressing working capital requirements where businesses purchase materials for projects or operations before receiving payments from their customers. Eligible buyers can obtain financing against approved invoices linked to platform transactions. StrideOne will provide financing infrastructure and lender access, while Headsup B2B will make the facility available to eligible buyers.
QubeHealth-Pay expands into MENA with Dubai entity
QubeHealth-Pay has expanded into the Middle East and North Africa with the launch of Qube FinTech & AI MENA Limited, a newly licensed entity operating from the Dubai International Financial Centre. Qube MENA will serve as the company’s regional headquarters for the GCC and North Africa and represents its first market outside India. Unlike QubePay’s consumer payments and cashback business in India, the new entity will focus on enterprise customers including insurers, employers, hospital networks and pharmaceutical companies. Addverb reports water-positive operations and lower emissions
Robotics and warehouse automation company Addverb has reported a Water Positivity Index of 1.51 for FY2025–26, resulting in its facility being categorised as Water Positive. The company said it reduced overall water consumption by 30% through system optimisation despite an increase in its workforce. Reviews of legal compliance related to water abstraction, use, recycling and discharge found no major non-compliance during the verification period. Addverb also reported a 72.78% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions intensity and harvested 18,573 kilolitres of rainwater at its Bot Valley and Bot Verse facilities. Its solar installations generated an average of 1,606 kWh of clean energy daily, while renewable sources met 11.57% of total energy demand. The company said these efforts helped mitigate 416.33 tCO₂e emissions during FY26, alongside reductions in Scope 1 and Scope 3 emissions.
Flexible workspace searches account for 73% of office searches
Flexible workspaces now account for 73% of office searches by Indians, while traditional leasing represents fewer than 27% of total searches, according to a report by myHQ. The findings indicate growing demand for flexible and on-demand workspace formats, with the trend extending to Tier 2 markets and overseas companies considering India. The report said generic searches for “coworking space” are plateauing, while searches linked to specific use cases are rising sharply. Meeting room searches increased 187% over three years, from 34,000 to 98,000 monthly searches, while virtual office searches rose 99% and day-pass searches increased 20%. Together, use-case-specific categories now account for nearly 90% of coworking search demand. Managed office searches have grown 778% since 2022, highlighting changing preferences in how businesses seek workspace solutions.

Digital trading platform Shoonya, operated by Finvasia, has launched FnO Edge, an options trading toolkit that combines market analysis, strategy building, risk assessment and execution on a single platform.
