AI startup Track3D raises $10M Series A round from Ironspring Ventures, Zacua Ventures
The AI startup will use the funds to support hiring in India and further development of AI-driven features, including deviation detection, early warning systems for delays, and intelligent project-support agents.
Track3D, an AI reality intelligence platform for the construction industry, raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Ironspring Ventures.
Zacua Ventures co-led the investment round, with participation from existing investors Shadow Ventures and Monta Vista Capital, the startup said in a statement on Tuesday.
With this round, Track3D has raised $14.3 million in funding since its inception.
The fresh funds will support hiring in India and further development of AI-driven features, including deviation detection, early warning systems for delays, and intelligent project-support agents.
Co-founded in 2022 by Chaitanya NK, Kiran Gutta, and Vineeth Paruchuri, Track3D's platform aggregates data from 360° cameras, drones, laser scanners, and LiDAR-enabled smartphones into a single cloud-based record.
Its AI models then process this data into insights for progress tracking, work-in-place validation, and performance analytics aligned with project drawings and quantities. The platform is designed to provide a verifiable view of site performance, enabling project teams to manage schedules, budgets, and collaboration effectively.
“Track3D was built AI-first to provide a shared operating system for owners, contractors, and trade partners, turning raw site data into actionable insights,” said Co-founder and CEO Chaitanya NK.
Track3D has deployed its platform on over 400 projects and has secured multi-year enterprise agreements with contractors and owners.
Headquartered in Milpitas, California, with an office in Hyderabad, the startup has grown from a three-member founding team to over 130 employees. Its India team focuses on AI/ML, product development, and technology.
“Transparency and adaptability are critical in construction. Track3D’s approach to integrating multiple data sources helps teams avoid costly errors and track production with greater precision,” added Vivin Hegde, Founding Partner at Zacua Ventures.
