Aby Eapen leads the Risk function for the Navi Group. Since joining Navi in 2022, he has laid the foundations of risk management for Navi by setting up and scaling teams that manage risks across the payments, lending, insurance and investments businesses. He is the Chief Risk Officer for Navi Finserv Limited, covering credit risk, regulatory strategy, and enterprise risk management for the NBFC. He brings nearly two decades of financial risk advisory experience, including senior roles at Deloitte and EY, where he advised banks and financial institutions across India, the Middle East, and South East Asia on credit risk, regulatory frameworks, and risk governance.
