Aditi Jain is the Associate Sector Lead for Inclusive Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship at Villgro. A former squadron leader in the Indian Air Force, she transitioned to the social impact sector after completing a master’s in public policy from LSE. At Villgro, she supports entrepreneurs creating dignified, sustainable livelihoods—especially for women—by enabling access to markets, skills, and opportunities.
