Ajoy is recognised as a strategic and change management specialist with proven abilities to design, build and implement talent acquisition strategies to achieve corporate objectives. As part of the staffing leadership team, Ajoy is helping drive TeamLease’s corporate vision of ‘Putting India to Work’. Ajoy started his professional journey with Randstad as a recruiter and moved up the ladder to build and manage a 6-crore annual business. After more than seven years at Randstad, Ajoy moved to ManpowerGroup and worked with Flipkart and Swiggy before joining TeamLease in 2020.
