Anish Philip

Anish Philip is Chief People Officer at Movate and Hon. President of National Human Resource Development organisation's Bengaluru chapter. At Movate, Anish Philip leads multifaceted HR departments across geographies and the company’s senior management talent initiatives. He also serves as an integral part of Movate’s executive leadership team, influencing the organisation’s path to sustainable growth and expansion while strengthening talent management, culture and corporate social responsibility. In his last role, Anish was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marlabs, and also worked at EY’s consulting practice earlier. He has also been with Mindtree for over 19 years, where he played various leadership roles and was part of the senior management team. Anish actively engages with professional organizations like NHRD and NASSCOM. He is a member of the Executive Council for National HRD and serves as the Honorary President of the NHRD Bangalore chapter.
