22-year-old Appalla Saikiran is the Founder & CEO of SCOPE - a startup engagement platform being rethought through networking and investments of the next generation. Starting while he was only 17, he had started a $45 Million VC fund; another for half a million in an advanced technology initiative called Project HALO; and led the global expansion of SCOPE. Saikiran is considered one of the youngest change-makers in India and is a recipient of recognitions like Entrepreneur Today’s “30 Under 30” and "Icon of Asia." He's a chess champion, an articulate public speaker, and a passionate philanthropist in the causes of education for underprivileged kids and animal welfare. Through SCOPE, he hopes to promote early-stage innovators and mold the future startup ecosystems.
