Prior to NextLeap, he led the consumer experience and growth teams at Flipkart for almost 7 years, building products like Flipkart Plus, Supercoins, Games, Video, Travel, vernacular support, and more. Arindam is an alum of Harvard Business School and IIT Kharagpur.
