Mr. Ashwin Chawwla, Founder & CEO at Escrowffrr has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in transaction advisory services. At Escrowffrr, Ashwin brings fine management expertise and valuable industry experience in his role, leading the organization in creating solutions for a transparent, worry-free and user-friendly digital ecosystem. He played a key role as an advisor for the Lodha Group and DLF on the Worli, Mumbai Land Deal worth Rs. 27.27 billion and has shared his valuable insights on the Smart Cities concept of GoI, as a part of CEO delegation to Germany, led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. An alumnus of University of Texas at Austin, USA, and University of Liverpool, England, Mr. Ashwin’s vision lies in building unique digital platforms for people and helping the Government of India in its Digital India campaign, thereby contributing to nation building. A thought leader in the industry, Mr. Ashwin Chawwla is a visiting faculty on Escrow at NIRM- NAREDCO property agent certification program. His other interests are music, yoga and meditation.
