Biplab Chaudhuri

Biplab Chaudhuri is the Founder and Chairman of Cognatic Solutions, a multinational managed service provider based in the US. Founded in 2019, Cognatic aims to leverage its expertise in IT framework management to help expanding businesses support and manage their entire IT infrastructure. Biplab is an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in the fields of IT consulting and services, data management, and corporate workforce restructuring. Biplab graduated from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, in 2006 with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following his graduation, Biplab began an extensive career in the technology sector that saw him work at a number of different businesses, including a three year stint as a Senior Manager at Lancesoft. These experiences led Biplab to co-found and act as the CEO of Tekniligenz Inc., a business offering IT Resource Management solutions, in 2010. That same year saw him appointed Chairman of the Board at ProcureTechStaff Consulting Services, a leading full-service IT staffing and recruitment company. Over the course of almost a decade with the firm, Biplab was appointed to numerous roles culminating in his position as Group Chairman and CEO, a position he still holds. In 2018, Biplab completed an accelerated development programme for senior management at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Management. Biplab is currently based out of Naperville, Illinois, where he oversees Cognatic’s operations and business development.
