Disha Singla the Co-Founder - Supreme Incubator is a qualified Chartered Accountant and alumna of University of Delhi, with an expertise in the financial services industry. She also pursued a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship at the business school at University of Florida,USA. Her first step into the corporate culture was at the age of 19 years in PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for her three-year articleship after she dropped out of her full time college at the end of first year. She gained early exposure as part of a team of consultants for several of PwC's clients, working on varying projects. She has a knack for public speaking and has served as Vice President of a Toastmasters International Club. After her stint at PwC, Disha decided to join her family business in the financial services segment. She has always been keen to take up new initiatives. The first project she led was a B2B mobile wallet application designed for small businesses in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Disha was also actively involved in her family business’s foray into housing finance - an initiative to provide affordable home finance to the lower and middle-income households in India. Later on she spent some time in the US at a business school to gain greater international exposure and get skilled in marketing. Her new fintech startup idea got selected to be a part of her University’s Incubator - Gator Hatchery. While in the US, Disha networked with startup entrepreneurs in tech hubs such as Silicon Valley and gained more significant insights into what makes startups successful. During her time spent around the startup ecosystem in the US, she felt inspired when she met mentors who have been successful entrepreneurs and were involved in kicking off startup ideas quickly off the ground to the next level. After returning to India, Disha led another new project: digital extension in the financial services industry. While holding some startup events and researching the incubator industry in India, she and Tanvi, her co-founder, discovered the immense value added by network ecosystems to startups at their nascent stage. Hence, with this niche of early stage startups in mind, they set up Supreme Incubator based at New Delhi- an ecosystem to cater to MVP or early launch ventures, helping founders build strong sustainable businesses. The Incubator is run now virtually accepting startup applications from across the world and connecting shortlisted startups with mentors in different parts of the world. In addition to Supreme Incubator, Disha is side-by-side building an online health and wellness platform focused to elevate human happiness & performance - BlissApp.io
