Fathima Farouk

Fathima Farouk is the HR Head for AMD in India. She is a seasoned HR professional with over 23 years’ experience, designing and deploying high impact HR solutions. She started as a management trainee in Whirlpool Corporation, and later went on to set up HR practices for Ford’s newly formed IT Hub for Asia Pacific in India. She helped build the talent portfolio of two major banking product units of Intellect Design Arena and headed the HR function for a Toshiba owned R&D unit before joining AMD India Private Limited in 2017.
