With over 25 years of experience at UST, Gilroy Mathew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, driving operational excellence, innovation, and large-scale transformation programs across global markets. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping UST’s engineering, semiconductor, and digital solutions practices, leading high-impact teams that build future-ready platforms and products.
Previously, as SVP & Global Head of Engineering, he strengthened UST’s end-to-end engineering capabilities across Retail, Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, Telecom, and Semiconductor domains—building frictionless, scalable solutions powered by AI, IoT, 5G, and emerging technologies. He has also been instrumental in developing UST’s iDEC IoT-5G platform, enabling next-generation telematics, software-defined vehicles, and connected ecosystems.
