Girish Menon is the chief human resources officer at Swiggy. With over 8 years at Swiggy and more than 20 years of industry experience, he has played a key role in scaling the company and aligning HR practices with business goals. Prior to joining Swiggy, Menon held leadership roles at Flipkart and HSBC.
He holds a post graduate diploma in business management from Xavier’s Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore, and has been recognised in BW People 40 Under 40 (2020) and ETHRWorld’s 50 HR Thought Leaders (2022 and 2024).
