Hanuman Tripathi is the Managing Partner at Lead Invest, a Category 1 AIF specialising in investments in promising startups. Over the past year, he has driven a transformative vision for the organisation, expanding its services across unlisted equities, from seed funding to pre-IPO stages. He is also planning to establish a fintech-focused fund at Lead Invest.
With over four decades of experience, he has had a successful career as an entrepreneur and senior management professional in IT, telecom, and office automation industries. He is the founder of Infrasoft Technologies, a globally recognised banking technology company which he led as a CEO for two decades, and a founding investor in Hashtasy Digital, a marketing solutions firm. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he held senior management roles in prominent companies like Trilogy Software and Nelco (A Tata enterprise). Hanuman’s formative career germinated in highly training-intensive companies like HCL and Bradma.
