Harsh brings extensive experience in early-stage venture capital investing and currently leads investment efforts and portfolio oversight for Flourish in India. Before joining Flourish, he spent 4.5 years in the venture debt space with InnoVen Capital and Alteria Capital, making successful investments across financial services, e-commerce, food tech, edtech, logistics, and healthcare. He began his career at Vodafone India, gaining cross-functional exposure in rural business development, supply chain, and finance. Harsh is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with distinction from N.M. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University.
