Harsh Vardhan Bhagchandka is the President of IPL Biologicals, India’s largest microbial solutions company. Backed by extensive global experience in the USA, UK & India, Harsh has been at the helm of IPL Biologicals since 2011 and is now steering the company on its rapid global expansion. His dream is to see IPL Biologicals’ specialised products, which are developed and manufactured in India by Indian scientists, and adopted by the agriculture industry in all corners of the globe. With a Master's from ISB, foundational schooling and college in the US and UK, Harsh has a multicultural worldview. His vision is to utilise scientific research and innovation to solve real-world sustainability concerns. Besides strategising for sustainability and safe food, Harsh is passionate about sports like cricket, golf, scuba diving, and skydiving. He is an avid traveller who enjoys reading to expand his horizons.
