Kamal Co-founded Xpheno a specialist staffing company which is now into its 4th year. Previously, Kamal was the Managing Director of Kelly Services India & Malaysia where he steered Kelly India into profitability, before which, he was APAC head of Randstad based out of Kuala Lumpur where he launched their China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore Operations. Over his 2 decades in the world of work he has consulted on Executive Search, RPOs and Staffing Solutions to large enterprises like Citibank, Google, HP, BNP Paribas, Benetton, Adobe, Hero Motors, & Mercedes Benz. Kamal also Co-founded Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) a prominent voice for Labour Reforms in India. He is a columnist with Hindu Business Line & Times Of India. He blogs/Vlogs weekly on Workplace Dynamics across social media. A fitness enthusiast and movie buff Kamal claims relationships define careers and believes all of us can do much better on the relationship front at work. He lives in Bangalore with his 2 daughters, wife and mother.
