Kayzad Hiramanek
A multi-industry professional, Kayzad brings with him over two decades of experience in international sales & marketing, customer experience, operations & service delivery, IT/ ITES, outsourcing, digitization, revenue assurance & risk management. An ardent believer of digital disruption, he is known to be a change enabler and has a demonstrated history of driving businesses to sustained growth & profitability. Kayzad took charge of the Operations and Customer Service experience at Bajaj Allianz Life in April 2017. In his current role he is responsible for driving customer experience, operations, underwriting, claims, persistency & retail branch portfolios. Prior to Bajaj Allianz Life, Kayzad led multiple leadership roles at DAMAC Properties, Avantha ERGO, ICICI Prudential Life, Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular Limited amongst other companies. Kayzad is an accomplished communicator, having spoken at global forums on operational excellence, customer & stakeholder experience management, embedded analytics, outsourcing, vendor relationship management, technology adoption & organization diversity. Kayzad has completed a Global Program for Leadership Development from University of Michigan after his MBA in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade, Pune. He is also a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a double Masters degree in Commerce, Economics, Financial Accounting & Business Management from Sydenam College of Commerce & Economics. Kayzad enjoys reading and is also fond of traveling.
