Krupesh Bhat is the Founder and CEO of Melento (formerly SignDesk), where he leads the development of innovative solutions in digital signatures, contract management, and intelligent documentation workflows. Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a Collaborative Intelligence Platform leveraging AI agents, low-code automation, and Agentic AI to simplify compliance-heavy processes and help enterprises across industries and geographies save time and costs. Before Melento, Krupesh was instrumental in the success of HomeWarrantyReviews.com, a lead-generation platform in the home services domain. He is also a Founding Member of the FORTAP Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on advancing the adoption of regulatory technology.
Krupesh holds an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering.
