With over 25 years of consulting experience across BFSI, manufacturing, IT, and energy sectors, he is widely regarded as a thought leader in people and culture transformation.
An engineer and MBA in HR from SIBM Pune, Lokesh is currently pursuing an Executive Fellowship in Organizational Behaviour from XLRI Jamshedpur. His expertise spans strategic workforce planning, behavioral science, and large-scale change interventions, with experience serving leading brands like Genpact, Mahindra, Kotak, Wipro, and Coca-Cola.
Prior to Kognoz, he held leadership roles at PwC, KPMG, and Aon Hewitt, and co-founded Adyant Advisory and Kairos Research.
