Manu Jain is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & CEO of VAMA.app, India's leading FaithTech platform that bridges traditional spiritual practices with modern technology. Founded in late 2020 alongside Acharya Dev, VAMA has evolved from a virtual puja platform into a comprehensive spiritual ecosystem offering temple services, astrology consultations, and authentic spiritual products through VAMA Mall.
Under Manu's leadership, VAMA has achieved remarkable growth, scaling from its consumer app debut in September 2021 to serving over 1.5 million lifetime users. The platform has demonstrated exceptional retention, with one in three customers repeating within a quarter. Manu's key responsibilities include revenue generation, partnership development with over 250 temples, and leading the company's strategic expansion into new categories, including spiritual e-commerce, offline spiritual travel, and the global NRI market. His vision is to make VAMA the digital equivalent of what religious TV channels were for older generations—a comprehensive spiritual companion for tech-savvy millennials and Gen-Z.
A seasoned professional with more than a decade of experience, he has also established and bootstrapped profitable startups such as Carbun8, which offers a peerless portfolio to B2B clients, and Unpuzzleit, which offers value-added services to Telecom operators and handset manufacturers. Manu is also an advisor and angel investor at Bureau Inc and has an angel investment portfolio of 20+ startups, including Admitkard, Spark Studio, Fixcraft, Khyaal, and HuddleUp, among others. Prior to founding VAMA, he held managerial positions at reputed organisations, including Paytm, Aircel, and Mydala. Manu also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from International Management Institute.
