With over 20 years in the IT industry, she has spent the last four years at Zendesk, helping companies transform their CX strategies through innovative technologies like AI. Previously, Maureen held roles at Akamai, SAP, Oracle, and IBM. She holds a Computer Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
