Monish Matthias

Monish Matthias is the Senior Director of Software Development at Sabre’s Global Capability Center in Bengaluru. He has worked with Sabre for close to a decade, and during this time he has led the development of several key Lodging Ground and Sea (LGS) products, that cuts across Cruise, Insurance, Hotel RFP, Merchant Travel Solutions and Advertising. Monish is currently the Global Technology Head for Sabre’s Lodging line of business, which is a part of the larger Travel Network business. In this role, he oversees development, quality, operations, and support across the lodging products portfolio. Monish has spent a large part of his career working in the travel domain, consulting for large travel industry giants like Société Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA), prior to which he worked with the Port Authority of Singapore (PSA). Monish has completed his executive management program from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore (IIMB), and he holds a degree in Engineering from St. Josephs College (Anna University). On the personal front, he is an avid photographer and contributes to Nat Geo and Getty images.
