Neha is a marketing and communications leader with nearly two decades of experience in the technology and GCC ecosystem, long before it became a headline trend. Her work has centred on shaping reputation and strengthening strategic consideration for India-based centres, both within global enterprises and across the wider industry ecosystem.
She works closely with executive teams to define how the organisation shows up, especially during moments of transition or expanded mandate. Her strength lies in building reputation strategy grounded in business context and translating it into visible, consistent action. She ensures that leadership voice, stakeholder messaging, and external perception reflect the organisation’s evolving role and ambition.
Currently leading Brand & Communications for Epsilon India and working as part of the India MD’s office, Neha helps shape and drive the executive agenda for the GCC. She partners across business and technology leadership to elevate executive voice, build stakeholder trust, and position the centre not just as an execution engine, but as a contributor to industry conversations and enterprise direction.
While much of her experience has been within the talent ecosystem, her lens extends beyond employer branding. She focuses on how organisations earn credibility, attract high-quality talent, and build influence as they move from support roles to strategic partners.
