Chef Niklesh Sharma manages the operations of school in Malaysia, India, and Philippines. Starting out in 1992 as a chef in Oberoi Hotel, pastry chef Niklesh Sharma has come a long way setting up Academy of Pastry Arts and heading a team of 30 chefs. With centres in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Malaysia and Philippines. There are 5 schools in Asia-Pacific. He started first school in Malaysia, and recently, Team Malaysia of Academy of Pastry Arts Group have been crowned champions of World Pastry Cup (Coupe Du Monde De La Patisserie) for 2019.
