Pavitra is the Director for Portfolio Development at RTP Global, based in the firm’s Bengaluru office. With over 14 years of operating experience, she is responsible for supporting the founders in our
portfolio in areas such as launching and scaling businesses, P&L management, customer acquisition & retention, and product-led growth.
Prior to joining RTP Global in 2023, Pavitra worked with the Tata group as part of the TAS program. Here, she launched TCS’ first edtech product and led buying merchandising for Helios at Titan. She has also led several businesses at Flipkart and headed the competitive intelligence suite of products for Walmart’s US eCommerce.
