Pooja Terwad who has over eight years of experience and is actively working with startups, SMEs, investors on Corporate Compliance, Legal Structuring, Investments and Due Diligence. An alumnus of Mumbai University, O.P. Jindal Global University and Indiana University, she has been a panellist and a speaker at several start-up summits and conferences wherein she has elucidated her legal perspective on start-ups. At Pooja Terwad &Associates, she heads the Corporate & Entrepreneurship wing at PTA.
