Prahalathan KK

Dr Prahalathan KK is a renowned strategy consultant, social entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is the co-founder of Bhumi NGO, a youth volunteering organisation, and has led the organisation since its inception in 2006. With an MBBS degree from Madurai Medical College and a certificate in strategic nonprofit management from Harvard Business School, Dr Prahalathan has a strong academic background. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to social entrepreneurship, including the Asia Pacific Emerging 100 Youth Social Entrepreneurs and the LN Mishra New India Change Maker Award. As the India leader for the GivingTuesday Movement and the managing trustee for Ekam Foundation, Dr Prahalathan is dedicated to fostering a culture of generosity and nurturing young leaders in the social sector. His mantra is 'never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world'.
