Pravin Agarwala

Pravin Agarwala is the Co-founder and Group CEO of BetterPlace, a SaaS and frontline workforce management platform. Looking at the inadequate attention given to the blue-collar sector and the large demand and supply gap that has been left unaddressed, Pravin co-founded the company in 2015 with a mission to build a better world for frontline workers across the globe. In the last six years, Pravin and his team have been able to provide benefits to over 30 million frontline workers across 1100 enterprises in India, Southeast Asia, and GCC countries. He has been instrumental in bringing about a digital adoption revolution among enterprises for managing their frontline workforce. Before co-founding BetterPlace, Pravin was the Vice President and Global Head of Business for SAP Business ByDesign, a cloud ERP product. Through his professional endeavours, he has gathered 20+ years of experience in SaaS, Cloud Strategy, CRM and People Management. Pravin graduated from Assam engineering college, Guwahati in 1996 with a BE degree in Electronics and Telecommunication. He has also completed an Executive Management programme in Innovation and Global Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru and an Executive Management program in Innovation from Indian School of Business.
