Radhika Butala

Radhika Butala is the Founder and CEO of The Better Collective. Radhika is a seasoned brand strategist and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across Mumbai, Washington DC and New York. Radhika previously held global leadership roles at WPP-owned Geometry Global US (now VMLY&R Commerce) and Havas Worldwide (New York). After her return to India, Radhika headed brand and marketing for the Future Group’s Rs 300 crore luxury food retail format--Foodhall--across India including the company’s private label brands. A former business journalist and anchor with CNBC India, Radhika has also spent many years developing creative content for TV-18, UTV and Disney Star among others, much before content became the new gold rush. She founded The Better Collective in 2020, with a vision to enable business growth by offering world-class brand consultancy to ambitious startups and evolving legacy companies alike. Radhika is a bon vivant--passionate about the arts, travel, music, aesthetics and culture.
