Rajiv Naresh is the Managing Director and CEO of Navi Limited and a founding team member of the Navi Group. Since joining Navi in early 2019, he has held multiple roles across the organisation - from setting up the Legal, Secretarial, and Compliance functions, to being Chief of Staff to the Founder, Sachin Bansal, to serving as CEO of Navi Mutual Fund. He also has held multiple Board positions in executive and non-executive capacities across the Navi Group. A trained lawyer, qualified to practice in India, Rajiv began his career as a transactional lawyer at a Bengaluru-based corporate law firm where he represented market-leading clients in multimillion-dollar deals across the TMT, renewable energy, and security services sectors, and worked closely with leading startups in health tech, fintech, ecommerce, and ed-tech.
