He is a seasoned compliance and risk management leader with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector. He brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, risk and control, anti-money laundering frameworks, and securities market operations, having worked across both regulated and emerging financial platforms.
Before joining Mudrex, he led risk and compliance functions at prominent institutions, including the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and KFin Technologies, where he worked on market infrastructure and regulatory adherence. In recent years, he strengthened compliance frameworks at crypto platforms and fintechs, including CoinSwitch and Lemonn.
At Mudrex, he is focused on elevating compliance standards in line with evolving Indian crypto regulations, enhancing governance frameworks and reinforcing trust with users, regulators and other stakeholders.
