Ruhie Pande is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience spanning financial services, real estate, fashion retail, IT, and FMCG.
Her expertise lies in building high-performance cultures, leading HR transformation, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
She holds an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, London, and is also a certified Professional Coach (PCC – ICF), a credential she uses to mentor and coach leaders across sectors.
Currently, Ruhie serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Sterlite Electric, Resonia, and Serentica - three pioneering companies at the forefront of India’s power and energy transition. In her role, she is responsible for shaping the people strategy, building leadership capability, and fostering an agile, future-ready culture across all the three businesses.
Previously, Ruhie held key HR leadership positions at the Godrej Group.
