Sidharth Deb is an Associate Director, Public Policy at The Quantum Hub (“TQH”) a public policy organisation based out of New Delhi. Sidharth studied law at the National University of Juridical Sciences (“NUJS”), Kolkata and has worked in several roles at the intersection of policymaking and regulation of telecom, internet, media and new technology markets. Sidharth has previously worked at Koan Advisory Group, the Internet Freedom Foundation, the Esya Centre and the Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University Delhi. At TQH, Sidharth closely specialises in issues like data protection, online safety, platform governance, digital public infrastructure, digital inclusion and AI governance.
