Swati Jain is CEO – Wealth at Arihant Capital Markets, with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in capital markets, wealth management, and business development. She has been instrumental in setting up and scaling the firm’s wealth division, as well as leading the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards within the organisation.
Her expertise spans equities broking, distribution of third-party financial products, corporate finance, insurance, and operations management.
Swati is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate of the University of Delhi. She has also completed a Value Investing programme at FLAME University, Pune, and is certified by AMFI as a mutual fund professional and by IRDAI in insurance.
She has received several recognitions, including the Businesswoman of the Year Award at the Future Woman Leader Summit & Awards (2017), the BSE StAR Women Award (2019), and the iBelieve Business Award (2022). She is also an ISO 9001:2015 certified internal auditor.
