1441 Pizzeria was started with a concept to bring authenticity of Italian wood fired pizza to India.
Mumbai, Maharashtra based 1441 Pizzeria is a venture by Trofi Chain Factory Private Limited is the first initiative from this culinary art house. It is a one of its kind, traditional Italian Wood Fired Pizzeria with all of its food being made solely in the wood oven. The concept and menu have been designed and created by the Italian Pizza Master chef Renato Viola who will also be training the chefs personally. Inspired by the co-ordinates of Naples, Italy where the first wood fired Pizzeria originated. Their recipes are curated by Master Chef Renato Viola of Italy. Curated with a choice of over 50 toppings, 6 Cheese, 4 sauces finest flour from Italy authentic Italian wood fired oven, experience Pizza making like any other. Currently their services are available in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.
