Aug | Company Incorporation
Bombay Island Coffee Company started as a roastery in Malad, Mumbai. We sourced green coffee from Chikmanglur, roasted it in-house, and sold it to consumers.
2020
Apr | Key Customer Milestone
In view of the pandemic and strict limitations in consumer movement, we started shipping coffee to consumers across India. For this D2C online ordering, platforms such as our website, Amazon, etc. were leveraged.
2021
Nov | Key Customer Milestone
We started our flagship store in Vikhroli, Mumbai. This store combines our cafe and roastery, to give consumers a complete and immersive experience of watching their coffee from roasting to being brewed and served in a cup.
