Bounce is a bike-sharing startup that offers customers a last-mile commute option with its current pricing of Rs 5 per kilometer and Rs 0.5 per minute. Started in 2014, Bounce was initially called Wicked Ride and offered premium bikes on rent. The startup presently has a fleet size of 19,000 bikes, of which 13,000 are dockless scooters available in several cities. The platform provides users access to the keyless bikes with an OTP they ensure that the whole process of renting a bike has become devoid of any physical or human intervention. In 2019, Bounce completed five million rides within ten months of commencing operations.
