Cybersecify

Cybersecify is a Bengaluru based penetration testing and security consulting firm built for AI first and API first SaaS startups. The firm is intentionally small and founder led. Every engagement is delivered by the founders — Ashok S Kamat (Co-founder and CEO) and Rathnakara GN (Co-founder and CHO, OSCP, CompTIA PenTest+, M.Sc Cyber Security) — not handed off to a delivery team. Cybersecify has worked with funded SaaS startups across India, Europe, the US, and APAC. Service lines include penetration testing for web, API, mobile, IoT, and AI applications; security consulting and vCISO engagements; threat intelligence; brand protection monitoring; and SOC 2 plus ISO 27001 audit readiness for Indian SaaS startups preparing for enterprise customer onboarding or investor diligence. The firm also builds and maintains OpenEASD, an open source external attack surface discovery tool covering DNS security, email security (MTA STS, BIMI, DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM), TLS configuration, SSH security, port scanning, CVE matching, and subdomain takeover detection. OpenEASD is self hostable via Docker, MIT licensed, and has been submitted as an OWASP Code Project (decision pending). Cybersecify is a community partner of BSides Bangalore and publishes original security investigations including the Trifleck Shell Cluster forensic report on a four entity Contagious Interview campaign targeting Indian engineers in 2026.
