
Dupih is an Indian D2C pet accessories brand that brings joy to pets and their parents while giving back to stray dogs in need.
"I’m a college student and the founder of Dupih, a pet accessories startup built around a mission bigger than commerce. Like many Indians, I grew up seeing stray dogs everywhere - near tea stalls, under parked scooters, around garbage dumps. For years, I treated it as normal background noise. But once I started looking deeper into India’s stray animal crisis, I could not unsee it. Dupih was born from a simple belief: caring for pets at home should also help animals without one. Our mission is to make pet parenting more meaningful by dedicating a portion of every order toward stray dog welfare, including feeding, vaccination, and sterilisation efforts through trusted NGOs. As a student founder, I’m still learning how to build a business from scratch, but one thing was non-negotiable from day one: impact cannot wait until “someday when we’re profitable.” It has to be part of the foundation. Through Dupih, I hope to prove that even small businesses can create measurable social impact when purpose is embedded into the model, not added later as marketing.
