Founded in 2016, GoodMylk makes plant-based milk from cashew and oats, with peanut dahi, vegan mayo, butter and paneer. Goodmylk strived to make plant-based dairy accessible, experimenting with almond, coconut, soy, quinoa and other mylks before realising that apart from being ‘plant-based’, these alternatives needed to function like their dairy counterparts too. Goodmylk has set its sights on creating the next big dairy company in India- minus the animals. The firm has also launched chocolate variant of their plant-based milk and nutrition drink. In September 2021, the startup raised $1 million in a seed round extension from a clutch of domestic and international angel investors.
