Hop Electric Mobility is a maker of two wheeler EVs as well as charging solutions. HOP has three market-ready vehicles, two e-scooters and one e-motorcycle. It's newly launched 125 km range e-scooter models, LEO and LYF, are priced at Rs 72,500 and Rs 65,500 onwards, respectively, come with features such as Internet, GPS, mobile app, 72V architecture and high-performance Motor to climb any slope with loading capacity of 180 kg. In July 2020, the company launched a first-of-its-kind integrated network of battery charging and swapping stations as ‘Hop Energy Network’. Through this, consumers can charge a Hop electric scooter at home or swap to a fully charged battery when outside in less than 30 seconds. The company will be setting up its stations at the existing petrol pumps, malls, parking lots and general stores. The customers are free to use the swapping battery options as per their convenience and needs.
