The idea is to create a place where relevant topics can be discussed without any fear of retribution. Employees are able to freely discuss any issue or get opinions from colleagues. They can start petitions to bring about a change or submit a whistleblowing complaint. Employees can connect to third party experienced career coaches confidentially in case they need help with a career and/or workplace issue. The Hush app is also a tool for the executive team to get a pulse of their employees on a daily basis and not wait for a quarterly / half yearly surveys. Unlike the typical employee surveys here the questions / discussions are initiated by employees so be prepared to see some uncomfortable questions and responses.
